This is a short review of Coolutils Mail Viewer, a free program to view your mails without using Outlook, Thunderbird or any other local client. It can view EML and MSG files, and is a great program for the following reasons:
- First, it is free and always available to download.
- Second, it offers a good number of of functions: you can view, move, copy or delete your email files to organize them properly. Furthermore, if you need the list of recipients or senders you can get it with the help of the report option.
- You can export emails as a report that can include any fields at your choice – Attachment, Sender, Recipient, Subject, Date, etc. You can get it in PDF, TXT, CSV, HTML or XLS formats.
- And finally, Mail Viewer is ad-free: no annoying popups, no toolbars and certainly no malware.
How it works
The easy-to-follow and toolbar-free interface makes it easy for any user to operate the program. You can choose a folder from folder tree and a message file to be opened as a regular file on the right panel. You can copy, move or delete emails, etc. Or you can export all or some of your emails as reports with custom fields and in many formats such as CSV or XLS.
